At PALS, I am the primary Support and Training Specialist/Project Manager for PALS’ installation of the open-source Evergreen ILS system. Prior to this, I served as Faculty Librarian/Technical Services Coordinator at a small, private college. I received my MLIS from Dominican University and have BA in French and Communication from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. I am currently working on my MA in English: Technical Communication from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
